Verifying eligibility to be president of the USA

Who has the legal authority to demand a copy of the long form birth certificate? The courts state that the American people do not have standing. I beg to differ. The 1st Amendment gives us that right:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

I have a grievance and I am petitioning the government for a redress of those grievances. My grievance is that I fear the future of this country is at stake of being disassembled because the current sitting President of the United States is an imposter, he is a fraud, he is an enemy of the country, and he has recently admitted he is Muslim. I demand evidence he is qualifed to be president of this country before I allow myself to be subjected to another tax dollar, socialized healthcare and green movements that will affect me and my family directly in a harmful and negative manner.

Any attorneys out there who want to take on a class action law suit against our government based on these grievances?

OUR STANDING IS ENDOWED. THE ISSUING JUDGE AND COURT ARE CRIMINAL AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH!
